Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on artpets.eu between Lades Life s.r.o., Václavské náměstí 831/21, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Česká republika (“we”) and consumers (“you”).

2. Service

We use artificial intelligence to create individual portraits from the photos you upload. We offer digital files as well as printed posters and canvases. The free preview is non-binding. As every portrait is generated individually by AI, results may differ from the photo and from the examples.

3. Contract

By clicking “Pay” in the payment window you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.

4. Prices and payment

The final prices shown at the time of ordering apply, including shipping. The seller is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is made in advance via Stripe.

5. Delivery

Digital files are available for download immediately after payment and remain available for 30 days. Posters and canvases are made to order by partner print shops in Europe and are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. We deliver within the European Union.

6. Your photos and rights

You confirm that you hold the rights to the uploaded photos and that all people shown agree. Do not upload photos of minors without parental consent or any unlawful content. You receive an unlimited right to use the finished portrait for private purposes. We never use your photos or portraits for advertising without your explicit consent.

7. Happiness guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchased portrait, we will recreate it once for free on request within 14 days of purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Right of withdrawal

See the right of withdrawal page. Personalised prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal, and for digital content the right expires once delivery begins with your express consent.

9. Defects

We replace damaged or defective prints free of charge – just send a photo to dacenko@email.cz. Statutory warranty rights apply.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase for the product stated on them and can be redeemed once; print shipping within the EU is included. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. You may withdraw from the purchase of an unredeemed voucher within 14 days.

10. Final provisions

Czech law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
