Well-lit photos where faces and your pet are clearly visible. A phone photo is perfectly fine. Upload one photo together or up to three separate photos.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can create up to 2 free previews every day. You only pay if you want the file without watermark or a print.
Can I get a portrait of just my pet?
Yes. Simply choose “Just my pet” when creating.
Can several people or pets be in the picture?
Yes, you can upload up to three photos – for example you, your partner and your dog. It works best with up to three people and pets.
How quickly will I get my portrait?
The preview takes about a minute. You can download the high-resolution file right after payment. Posters and canvases arrive in 3–7 business days.
What if I don’t like the result?
Before buying you can try other styles. After purchase we will repaint your portrait once for free – just write to us.
How can I pay?
