Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded or, for goods, on the day you receive them. To exercise this right, inform us (Lades Life s.r.o., Václavské náměstí 831/21, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Česká republika, dacenko@email.cz) by a clear statement, e.g. by email.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment.

Exceptions

• There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised – such as posters and canvases with your portrait.
• For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin delivery after you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
